The purpose of this table is to associate a client service ID with a user ID. Instead of having to edit each client when user responsibilities change, this utility allows a single entry point to make that modification.

Once the Client Services Correlation Table option is selected, the following window is displayed
Commission Rule Maintenance Window
|Exit -||Navigates back to the main IMPACT window without making any changes|
|Add -||Creates a new record.|
|Edit -||Modify an existing record.|
|Delete -||Removes an existing record.|
|Print -||Prints the record Table list to the print queue|
Add New Code Client Services Correlation
Add New Code Client Services Correlation Window
|Client Services Correlation Code -||3 character alphanumeric value used in the client table to associate the code with a user ID. This code does not have to be a user ID (and shouldn’t be). Using Generic representations like CS1, CS2, Etc. are recommended.|
|Client Services Correlation Name -||Could be the user name assigned to the group of clients or a description of the client group associated with the code.|
|UserId -||The user responsible for this code.|

From the Client Info Tab (below), the Clt Svc Correl drop-down will display available codes as configured above.

What you also need to know:
If a client is not set-up with a client services correlation code OR the code is belongs to a deleted or inactive user, a catch-all or default ID can be configured to act as a safety net for all requests submitted in this scenario.

Select the company and click on Edit

- Add - Creates a new security code.
- Edit - Modify an existing record
- Delete - Removes an existing record
- Print - Prints the Security Code Table list to the print queue.
Select the main user ID responsible for all default requests.
