Acknowledgement is printed after new business is posted to the system. This is to communicate to the client that collection effort has started on the new accounts.

Once the Print Acknowledgments option is selected, the following window is displayed
Print Acknowledgments Window
Once new business is posted to Impact, the system can generate acknowledgments of the new business to the clients based on the following criteria.
|Referral Dates Range -||A date range of when the business was referred to the collection agency.|
|Batch Range -||
New business posted to the system is grouped into batches. Each batch has a number. The batch range allows you to select which batches acknowledgments are generated for.
|Company -||The company for which acknowledgments are generated for|
|Client Range -||A range of the clients for which the acknowledgments are generated for.|
|Acknowledgment Type -||Options are Standard and Precollect. Standard prints acknolwedgement of regular collection accounts while Precollect prints acknowledgement of Precollect accounts.|
The acknowledgments are uniquely formatted for each client, and they are setup at the client table acknowledgment tab (Impact >Tables>Company Tables>Client Table).

There can be more than one acknowledgment format and these are formatted in the client acknowledgment table.
