Introduction
The Court Credit Card Table allows users to define codes to store credit card information fo those courts that allow the use of credit card for biling purposes to be used for transaction accounting for Courts provisioned in the system. The Court Credit Card Codes defined will become available when adding a Court into the Court Table via a drop-down menu.

Court Maintenance Window
Once the Court Credit Card option is selected, the following window is displayed

Options are:
Exit - | Navigates back to the main IMPACT window without making any changes |
Add - | Creates a new record. |
Edit - | Modify an existing record. |
Delete - | Removes an existing record. |
Print - | Prints the record list to the print queue |
Add New Court Credit Card Code
Add New Court Credit Card Code Window
Court Credit Card Code - | Enter an alphanumeric code for this Credit Card Code of up to six characters in length. |
Court Credit Card Description - | Enter a description for this Credit Card Code. |
Court Credit Card Type - | Enter a Credit Card Type for this Credit Card Code. |
Name, Addr1, Addr2, Zip, City, State - | Enter the address information associated with the credit card for this Credit Card Code. |
Last Four - | Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card number. |
Exp Date - | Enter the experition date of the credit card. |
Sec Code - | Enter the credit card security code (may be 3 digit code on back of card or 4 digit code on front of card depending on card type). |
