The Actuary Reports are:
- Standard by Client
- Expanded by Client
- By Client Category
- By Company
- By Consolidated Client
- Charity by Client
Standard by Client
Objective:
Once the Actuary Reports > Standard by Client option is selected, the following window is displayed

Objective:
Once the Actuary Reports > Expanded by Client option is selected, the following window is displayed

By Client Category
Objective:
Once the Actuary Reports > By Client Category option is selected, the following window is displayed
Actuary Reports - By Client Category Window
Which Company - | Use the Company drop down field specify a Company Code from the Company Table to include accounts from the specified Company in the Charity by Client Actuary Report. The default value is All, which will include accounts from all available Company Codes. |
Ending Month - | The Ending Month field is used to determine the ending month to be included in the report. This works in conjuction with the Ending Year and Report Format fields as the report will go back as many months that are to be included in the report, ending with the month defined in this field. |
Ending Year - | The Ending Year field is used to determine the ending year to be included in the report. This works in conjuction with the Ending Month and Report Format fields as the report will go back as many months that are to be included in the report, ending with the month defined in this field. |
Categories - | Use the Categories drop down fields to include or exclude specified Client Categories to include in the report. Client Categories are setup in the Client Category Table and assigned to Client Codes in the Client Table. |
Recovery Formula - | The Recovery Formala field will effect the recovery percent calculation in the report. The two available options are Subtract Cancelled Amount and Ignore Cancelled Amount. This option will determine if the amounts from cancelled accounts (determined by the Status Class of the account) will be subtracted or ignored when calculating the recovery percentage. |
Report Format - | The Report Format field will determine the number of months to be included in the Charity by Client Actuary report. The available options are 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. |
Include Other - | Determines if the Other money bucket is included in the calculations in this report. |
By Consolidated Client
Objective:
Once the Actuary Reports > By Consolidated Client option is selected, the following window is displayed

Objective:
Once the Actuary Reports > Charity by Client option is selected, the following window is displayed
Actuary Reports - Charity by Client Window
Which Company - | Use the Company drop down field specify a Company Code from the Company Table to include accounts from the specified Company in the Charity by Client Actuary Report. The default value is All, which will include accounts from all available Company Codes. |
Which Client(s) - thru - | Use the Clients From and through fields to specify a Client Code or range of Client Codes from the Client Table to include accounts from the specified Client codes in the Charity by Client Actuary Report. |
Ending Month - | The Ending Month field is used to determine the ending month to be included in the report. This works in conjuction with the Ending Year and Report Format fields as the report will go back as many months that are to be included in the report, ending with the month defined in this field. |
