There are 3 basic steps to any EDI export process as illustrated below:
Step 1: Select IMPACT data fields to export.
Step 2: Map internal IMPACT fields to an Export
Mapping Template called EMD or Export Map Definition (more mapping templates will be discussed in a later training lesson). An EMD will export a file in a record format and layout of any type desired. (EMD, record formats and layouts will be shown later in this lesson).
Step 3: Select & evaluate outgoing datA
EDI EXPORT SODs that extracts wanted data for final data export file.

- Bankruptcy fields
- Legal Case fields
- Legal Case Party fields
- Transactions fields
- Phone, Zip, Tasks, Credit Report fields
- Custom User Defined fields
