Introduction
Release 2.67 will introduce Phase 1 of the Work Card Designer. This phase will allow for the rearrangement of the three 'blocks' located on the right hand side of the main work card screen (Recent History - Block 1, Today's Agent Statistics - Block 2, Account Inventory - Block 3) OR the replacement of any or all of these blocks with an Account Level User Defined Window or Account Level User Defined Grid. You may chose to change one, two or all three of the blocks. You may also choose to only display a single block (i.e. one user defined window) in this area, taking up all three blocks with the selected widget. Each Account Type can have its own unique Workcard Design.
Security to access this menu function is controlled in Security Code set up under the MENU tab.
